Great for a staycation, or work-from-home alternative! Cozy home 4 minutes from I-35 and I-435. This neighborhood is extremely convenient on your trip to Worlds of Fun, Oceans of Fun - 6 minutes away; Sprint Center - 16 minutes away; Power and Light District - 16 minutes away; the Ford Plant in Claycomo - 7 minutes away; Arrowhead (Go Chiefs!!!)/ Kauffman Stadium (Go Royals!!!) - 17 minutes away; and Crown Center/LegoLand/Science City - 18 minutes away.

I am available from 8am through around 9pm 7 days a week. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.

You will have access to everything on your half of the town home. There is a shared stairwell to the basement with locks on the doors at the top and bottom of stairs. A set of keys are in House Rules binder. Please be sure to return the keys.

This home is 1/2 of a duplex. This is the Left Side of the duplex as you are looking at the front of the home.
