Our charming, newly remodeled home is located in the heart of downtown Lees Summit!This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is the perfect place to call home during your visit to the Kansas City area. With its prime location, you'll have easy access to all the best that the city has to offer.

Three bedrooms can be found in this cozy home. Each room has a comfortable KING bed and is equipped with its own smart TV, which you can log into with your favorite streaming provider. All provide the high-level comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest after an exciting day of exploring Kansas City. The living room couch transforms into a queen sleeper sofa.



The interior of the home has been recently updated with modern finishes and stylish decor. The living and dining area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests. Dine out at the top restaurants located in our downtown, within a short walk, or prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring all new appliances. Essentials include dishes, cookware, a blender, a toaster, and basic coffee service.



For those who need to work during their stay, there is a dedicated workspace in the upstairs bedroom, complete with a desk.



Our transformed shed promises endless fun and excitement for guests of all ages. Challenge your friends and family to a friendly game at the basketball arcade, or enjoy some spirited ping pong matches. When it's time to relax, unwind with your favorite shows or movies on the TV, and stretch out on the comfy futon. This game room is the ultimate fun zone, making your stay delightfully enjoyable!



We have parking available in the driveway to the right of the house, which can fit three cars, and there is also street parking available in front of the house.



Located just minutes from our popular hometown stadiums, Kauffman and Arrowhead, you'll never be bored during your stay. The home also has easy highway access and is just a short drive from downtown Kansas City, the Plaza, Westport, or T-Mobile Center, making it easy to explore all that the city has to offer.

Guest Access:

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is conveniently located near downtown Lee's Summit, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant attractions. Enjoy charming boutiques, local restaurants, and lively entertainment options just a short distance away. The area also features beautiful parks, hiking trails, and recreational activities for outdoor enthusiasts.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/ Unauthorized Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.



LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We CANNOT/ WILL NOT HOST local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
