We were there for three days and the food was the same. Always ran out of coffee and had to wait for more to be made and on the last day they completely ran out and had to wait for someone to get more elsewhere. No staff greeted as you come and go. Guess I had higher expectations.

Do not fall for the good reviews. I booked this because overall the reviews were consistently good. They are false. We reserved a 2 queen bed room and upon arrival were told there was not a 2 queen room available and instead gave us a king with a pull out. The room they put us in smelled musty and dirty, a scent that did not go away all weekend. The tv in the room didn’t work and the faucet in the bathroom was broken. Overall the hotel room was dirty and dingy. The breakfast was good but that was the only plus side of staying here.

To start. The shower water pressure was terrible. When it did work water wasn't draining and had water everywhere. Had to go get extra towels to clean it up. The AC didn't work. Daughter stayed there too and same thing in her room. She also had a big piece of metal sticking out of the bottom of the AC unit. Had to put a towel in front of it to keep the baby from getting cut on it. Will not be staying there again

Served the purpose of being close to the theme parks! Close to the convenience stores and nice television set ,to relax and watch a couple of movies! Also had the chance to use the weight room to work out a bit,I was overdue for some exercise and it served the right purpose at the right time! Thanks

We reserved two rooms and were clearly putting an adult and two kids into each. We were placed at opposite ends of the hallway and the check in person had no interest in changing this. One of our rooms actually had the ability to adjoin the next one! Yes we politely asked for changes at check in but no we did not push the sullen worker. The tv in one room did not work. Yes we were doing it right we hooked Netflix to the other one. The toilet in one room clogged immediately (just normal use I promise). We had to ask for pool towels as none were stocked. It was clean but this is all I can say that is positive. We only needed the rooms for one night so we put up with the situation.

Comfortable but needed some upkeep

Breakfast was good with a good variety. Our blankets on the bed and for the pull out sofa had stains, one obviously being blood. Our first night the smoke detector in our room went off for an unknown reason. They took it to check the batteries and never brought it back in the 4 days we were there.
