Our shower was broke, no where to get ice except the top floor they need ice on every level especially the main floor. The water fountain in workout room was broke. Also breakfast stops at 9:00 during the week they should move that to 10:00 when your on vacation you like to sleep in then get ready.

We arrived in our room on Friday evening. I noticed that the toilet did not have a functional flush to it. When I called down to the lobby, I was told that maintenance would not be available until Saturday. Because of this, my sister and I were not able to use the toilet for the rest of the night. On Saturday morning, we were able to use the bathroom facilities in the lobby. We were told that someone would be able to look at the toilet later in the day. The toilet did eventually get fixed. Friday evening was very frustrating but Saturday evening was excellent.

We were disappointed by the lack of attention to things like laminate flooring that was coming up in the bathroom, no water (non- functioning dispenser, rather) in the gym, large dried blood stain on pillow (under pillow case - but still) and the texting service was not operational even though you receive a welcome text and it instructs you to send requests using this method.

Overall stay was good but the room needs some maintenance. Both faucets where broke one on the tub and in the bathroom where broke the handle on the shower was broke the couch hand a hole in it and was dirty and the lamps had two different color bulbs in them.

Great hotel

Great hotel to stay in. It was very clean with plenty of parking. Staff was fantastic. We had a small issue with our room not having black out curtain and requested room change. They were very understanding and moved us to different room immediately. Breakfast was good. Plenty of options from cereal, waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage and eggs etc. We will definitely stay again.

Weird thing. They did not have a toilet paper holder in my room. Had two rolls of toilet paper and two boxes of tissues (which was lovely). Also the curtains didn't cover the full window. So…that was a bit strange. It did have a somewhat see through privacy screen that filled the rest of the window. But the entry way was lovely. The room was very clean. The bedding was nice and it was quiet. A newer thermostat. Iced water with lemon in the entry way. It was nice. Felt safe. One last small thing, the entry way had a little bit of an odd smell. Can not define it. Just unusual. Needs a small scent diffuser. Nice people at the front desk.
