This is a Spartan budget hotel. But comfortable and clean. Good value for the money.

overall stay was great nice a quite area. convenient in & out access, simple homey place besides the thin walls and the fact i had called in advance the night before my arrival to verify the checkin date & time for my booking and date since i would be arriving from midnight to early morning if i had to book the night before or if they could do an early morning check in, a member of staff the managements young son had answered the phone at 7pm stating i could place it for the day of my arrival no matter the time i got there they’d get me checked in. i doble verified with the individual to ensure i was direct and clear and i received a yes back. that was great news for me to know the date to book and how much i had to prepay with the multi night booking discount through the app while i was on the road during my 9hr drive compared to paying full amount at arrival. when i arrived around 5-6am that was indeed not the case when i got to the desk the father (management) had told me no, even though i explained whom i had talked to and what they had stated and i verified with the individual staff member over the phone the answer still remained a no and no accountability was taken for the miscommunication or incorrectly quality of service besides a mere ‘discount’ that equaled equal too or around what the app stated was full price. it was no point arguing or complaining to management about there mistake since they said “that’s fine you can wait a few hours till 2pm”i paid to avoid cold

My room's air conditioner/heater was unplugged. There was a crack going across the entire ceiling. There was also cracking in the sealant around the bathtub/shower. The kleenex box was empty. There was no mini shampoo to use. The room looked clean otherwise except for the bed sheet that looked like it had a stain on it. There was no breakfast offered but they did have coffee. The staff was friendly but hard to understand at times because of language.

I have stayed here a number of times both when it was Motel 6 and now Ameri Vu. Same management and staff. I'm very price conscious. While it's not a fancy hotel, it's a good value for a budget stay. The hotel is quiet, has a good TV, a comfortable bed, and a hot shower. The rooms have a nice spartan decor, and include a microwave and mini fridge. Pleasant and courteous staff.

Never again and will pass on the word.

Reserved a "king single" and got a double. The blankets on both beds had stains and burn holes and it was obvious that neither had been recently washed. The floors didnt look like they had been swept or mopped in a good while and there was a horrible sewage oder that filled the room every time the toilet was flushed.

This inn was a Motel 6 until recently. There was delay & confusion at check-in since the change occurred after my reservation was made but before my arrival. My room was a king bed on the first floor. It was still the Motel 6 setup--platform bed, laminate floor, minimal furnishings. Pillows were very firm. Fridge & microwave were good. Everything was clean and worked although the wifi was mediocre. Regardless, this is a reasonably priced place to stay, conveniently located to the interstate and various eateries.

Bad experience

When we got in the room we saw a roach. Then we started getting ready for bed and noticed the towels were stained and the bed sheets were stained. We just needed a place to sleep a few hours. Then a mouse ran across the floor and into the back of an electrical outlet. We packed up and went to get a refund. It’s been a month and the charges still haven’t been reversed.
