"Nice place, quiet and nice view to the river. They have lawn chairs, picnic tables and a large cooler in the garage. The grill was pretty small but there is a blackstone. I struggled having enough frying pans for breakfast and did not find a pan to bake brownies but otherwise we did fine. The steps down to the river were a bit hap hazard. My 40 yr old son was the only person in our group to try them out. My grandsons loved the yard and the fire pit was nice."
