Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
had to wait one hour for check in. front desk informs no such booking. india customer service toll free gave me a usa a no, had to make a 14 minute call incl wait time put on hold finally was told hotel fully booked and giving refunf of booking. I was put through consdierable inconvienec and had to find place to sleep at short notice: expect some kind of compensatioon. also over seas call + 14 minites please re emburse cost
