The laundry cleaning was almost more expensive than the hotel stay. They use sewage water for flushing. It causes the room to stink after flushes. 2/10 avoid if possible

I am stayed at 1208 and I would like to share my experience that I had with your staff. the room was not ready until 5 pm while my check in was 3 pm. I had to wait and keep follow up by when the room would be ready.The balcony is covered with dust and you cannot step out. The AC doesn't work and not sure if the staff has not checked that. The water leaks from iron box and not safe to use. The staff response was not pleasant when i shared my experiences with them during the check out

Had a wonderful stay! The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including delicious local cuisines that we truly enjoyed. The staff were very caring and efficient, making our experience even better. The room was excellent — we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade during our visit. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

The staff needs retraining. The attention too detail and cleanliness in the bathroom was terrible at least in the room that we stayed. I had to write a list of complaints and give it to the manager. Despite this, only the few of them were attended to. The only saving Grace of of the Hotel is the restaurant and the staff of the restaurant was extremely nice. when we arrived at the room, there were two of us. The staff only had kept one pair of everything. The bathroom had soap in all three bottles which were labelled conditioner and soap and shampoo. There was no bathroom. There was no face towel. There was not even a soap dish. The toilet bowl was extremely dirty and not cleaned. I had to request for face towels and for extra towels and despite that, I did not get it till the next day evening. One of the electric points was lose and had almost come out of the socket. I was worried since I had a six year old travelling with me. despite me writing and giving it to them, they did not attend to this and only when I had to call Up. They sent an electrician to fix it. when I was checking out, I had informed the Reception almost 20 minutes before, and they did not even bother to send anybody up help with the luggage when we left the lobby. Also, there were a few staff around, but there was nobody to even offer to help with the luggage or help to load it in the car. The staff did not even bother to help my 6 year old. I would never stay here again.

From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, courteous, and highly professional. Every interaction—from front desk to housekeeping—was marked by genuine smiles and a willingness to help. The food at the in-house restaurant was simply outstanding. The breakfast buffet had a great variety—Indian, Continental, and healthy options. Eventhough it was short stay with them I will be looking forward to come back .
