The front desk agent was awful! Her name is Masey. I called down to ask if the water was safe to drink. She advised me “not really” I then went to the vending machine to buy a bottle. The vending machine was sold out of EVERYTHING. I went to the front desk to ask for a bottle of water. She advised me floor 3 and 4 both have vending machines

Only had one towel in our room. The toilet had a leak so kept filling up the back tank about every 15 minutes. Asked for a view of the mountains. Along with the view of the mountains, I didn’t realize it came with a stunning view of the dumpster and used mattresses also!
