If you decline a room cleaning. They will still come in after you leave. Reasoning was not justified but came with excuses on why she came in. I had cameras inside the room. She stared at my personal items but thankfully she did not take anything.

I had a great stay at this hotel the staff really showed concern for me and my needs as they’re guest , I also liked it cause it was convenient in Kampala , the only thing that was off to me in my opinion only was that the bathroom was outdated ! Other then that I definitely would stay here again

A hidden gem in the downtown area. Great place to be in the middle of it all yet with all the comforts of a good hotel after exploring a bustling city. Would recommend for a stay in the heart of Kampala.

While the location is chaotic and busy the actual hotel was surprisingly good. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money.
