This is the best hotel I've experienced. The staff are particularly accommodating and learn guests' names, the grounds are within a peaceful green park, multiple restaurants with ambient settings, breakfast is superb, the rooms are extremely clean with excellent hot water, and the room patios have a nice view. This is an older hotel so the rooms are slightly smaller however the location is excellent and the rooms have great views. It is within 5 minutes walk of every site of interest in downtown Kampala. The breakfast is excellent with a huge buffet filled with many items. Multiple restaurants with excellent yet well priced options. The staff is amazingly helpful and polite.

Nice place

The hotel is showing its age. The service here is great and I would definitely stay here again. The food service in the lobby restaurant takes too long for a quick lunch in between meetings. Not sure why it takes so long. The rooms are very clean and they have a nice size desk to work at. The bathrooms at least my room did not have any hooks for hanging things and no counter space.
