Enjoyed our stay overall - great location with the park + downtown. 2 restaurants attached and close to many other restaurants. Decent gym. Hot tub drained the day we went to use it. Our room with a kitchen suite was good overall. Very limited kitchen items to use. Bathroom was very dark. Staff were okay however we should have utilized a full clean from housekeeping vs just a basic. Would stay here again because of the kitchen option and the location.

Room was nice and check in was easy. But weirdly the hallways were very cluttered with a few pizza boxes and an empty tonka truck box. These things were I. The hallway from the time we checked in until the time we left the next day. Also, hallway needed to be vacuumed.

Got to room had to wait after regular check in time to get in. Hall ways were dirty. Ordered room service and didn’t get it went in and the order was never taken down. Put to have room Cleaned and never got cleaned. Horrible pillows bad sleep train shakes the building every time you stay there even if your on the opposite side. Looks nice but not the greatest stays

Great hotel. If you stay on the city side. The trains go by a lot. However we did not really notice them at night. The hotel did provide a white noise machine but we did not need it.

What a lovely surprise this hotel was I wasn’t expecting it to be so beautiful. The location is awesome. If you’re going to some of the restaurants in the downtown Quarter because you can walk. Lovely views from the rooms even the part that doesn’t look at the river. The staff were very accommodating. The parking was underground and didn’t have to pay me like that. The room we received was a one bedroom separate from the living room and the little kitchen and that room holy was it ever beautiful and perfectly set up for our family. With the Jack and Jill bathroom I would definitely stay here again. In fact I kinda wanna go now.
