This hotel is in need of a renovation. It's very dated and uncomfortable. The room had an awful smell. Lacked amenities. Would not stay there again. Pay the money and stay somewhere else.

When we entered our room , there was such a strong smell almost made me puke. Second things, the window was cracked, aminity was lacking at least expecting water in room and no body wash in bathroom and mat in the bathroom floor. The fridge has massive ice build up. The heater was so noisy. Breakfast and checking in/out was smooth. Plenty of parking available.

I loved the hotel aesthetic with the pink doors and pink decor inside my room. My room was clean, the view was good, and the hotel was quiet. The fruit at breakfast weren’t in the best condition they were very ripe and not fit to eat but everything else was pretty average. It was nice to have something to snack on. Overall it was a good stay

The motel was clean and looked newly renovated. Staff was friendly. The breakfast is very simple, granola bars, yogurt etc. Overall, it felt like good value for the price.

There are couple of this they did terribly wrong. Firt I choosed mountain view room but they gave me a room with no view at all. Secondly i booked thru expedia , but when i go to see front desk they had no idea about my booking. They took an hour to figure out the stuff. Third, they didn't offer a single housekeeping in whole week. I went to front desk and ask them for housekeeping twice but they still missed it. Very poor staff out there

we were in room 338, which is on the top floor and the very end closest to the indian restaurant. all night we heard squirrels in the wall fighting and scratching. I brought it up with the girl at the front desk and she didn't even seem suprised. the rooms were tidy but not clean-wouldn't walk around with no shoes and their was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. however the beds were comfortable i'll give it that.

A solid 4 out of 5. Apart from sloppy housekeeping and an excuse for a breakfast there are many things to like. Beds are comfortable, the place is in good shape, the views are stunning, the neighborhood is safer than downtown.
