I booked up this place for our 2 night stay in Kamloops based on exceptional reviews in Expedia but our experience was not satisfactory unfortunately. Coils mattressee were worn out and it was not at all comfortable to sleep on as they had no firmness. Several electrical outlets were not functioning except one, so we could not use our personal entertainments in the suite. The carpet had a dampness which could be felt while walking barefoot in the suite. Breakfast was ok and staff was nice to chat with.

Woke up to a homeless man screaming outside of the property around 2am. Then the hotel staff woke us with loud bangs and noises. They chose to clean out and move furniture in the room next to mine at 8am. The hotel was clean but the location is a bit unsafe.

Staff were amazing and polite. Very kind. But the hotel itself is rather dirty, the room was really run down. Stains on all bedding and pillows. Hair in the shower and on ceiling. . But the price was good and the door locked. So i was safe.

Extremely low budget, room facilities damaged and old, stained sheets and towels, old (possibly original), carpet that is torn and frayed, make shift air conditioner set in old units frame access to outside and Mickey moused in and leaving cords all exposed and lying on floor of room. Dangerous metal pieces sticking outwards of bed frames that can cause injury to guests legs. When this issue was addressed to staff, it was acknowledged as knowing about this and obviously not a concern for the hotel. No bathmat supplied for bathtub so that poses a fall risk. I had to go request one for my safety. Bathtub tremendously scratched, damaged and worn, tub plug and chain was old, extremely rusted and rust all throughout edging of tub, counter was all marked up and deep gouges into countertop, Desk chair had stains in seat. Nothing is supplied to room unless guest goes down to office and asks for products. Extremely disappointed and it is very clear that there is no pride taken in this hotel. Overall, I was grossed out. Very unfortunate. People need accommodations near the hospital and one would hope that hotels would take some pride in their facilities.
