The hot tub had no water in it. The pool area looked dirty. There were no coffee mugs in our room to make coffee. There was no Kleenex in our room. The bottom of the tub needed a good scrubbing. The lady at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly and sweet.

$200 damage deposit was required. There wasn’t anything worth $200 in the room to damaged. Beds were well used, shower was great. Water advisory was on, feel that management could have provided bottled water for tooth brushing, coffee machine, etc.
