Everything was great the only issue we had was …. The. TV. 2. Remotes ??? Why ? Took I time to figure out how to get the tv to work NO instructions finally got it to work next morning we gave up completely

Overall, the hotel was quite good and very clean. However, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and we had to turn it off completely in order to fall asleep. We stayed one night each in Kamloops and Kelowna, and in comparison, the overall service in Kelowna was much better. I remember the front desk staff who checked us in at the Kelowna location was named Jane. She was exceptionally attentive and warm, and she explained everything to us in great detail. She even prepared coffee for our room and asked specifically whether we preferred milk or cream, which truly touched both my husband and me. The lady who assisted us during checkout the next day was also very friendly. Since we like the little duck toys, she kindly gifted us additional ones in different characters. I would give full marks to the service in Kelowna. Kamloops would be rated 4 out of 5, as there was no introduction or explanation provided there.

Room was very comfortable, and good heating in the winter. Loved the fridge, microwave, toaster etc. could use some paper towels, dish detergent, extra kitchen washers. Tv and channels were really good, bed was very comfortable. Asked for extra duvet and blanket as I am not used to Kamloops winters. All staff were excellent, really enjoyed complimentary coffee.

Always love our stay here. Amazing service, Super frindly staff. The BEST coffee machine of ALL the Accent Inns (Burnaby and Victoria take notes and up your coffee game). Very unique the duck theme and quirky messages all over the hotel. Very very very pet friendly. Treat yohr pets as well as any other guest.
