We booked this vacation rental through VRBO. We checked in and there was no parking pass (lots of signs saying you will be towed without a pass), no key to access the pool, BBQs and hot tub area, and the wifi was not working. I called Castle resorts and was able to get to a person who assured me that the parking pass, pool key and wifi would be dealt with. Nothing happened until I finally called VRBO and they were able to get through to Castle Resorts person. It was 2 full days we were not able to use the pool/BBQ before the host dropped off the key and pass. The wifi was not working the entire 3 weeks although countless messages were sent.Of greater concern is the exterior building construction right next to our unit. There is 3 story scaffolding and netting obstructing our ocean view. Not to mention the unbearable noise from 8:30 to 5:30 every day. It reverberated through out the condo. We had to leave. We could not hear each other talk.We specifically booked this unit for the ocean view. To be able to sit on the lanai for meals and drinks and enjoy the view. The pictures in the listing do not show the obstruction. The host knew of this and did not tell us. If we had been told we would not have booked this unit! This was supposed to be our idyllic 3 week vacation in paradise. We paid a premium for the view. There were countless phone calls, messages to try and resolve this. The host was virtually unresponsive. The whole experience was totally frustrating. HORRIBLE!
