Our Pua Melia home is a spacious ~2,600 sq ft, 4-bedroom, 3-bath fully furnished island retreat designed with families and groups in mind. 🌴💖Just minutes from Magic Sands Beach 🏖️, cafés ☕, shopping 🛍️, and farmers’ markets 🥭, you’ll be close to all the Kona highlights while still tucked away in a quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac. 🌺

Exterior cameras are placed only outside the home in common exterior areas and may have noise detection.
There are no cameras inside the house ❌🏠.
They help keep guests and the property safe and secure.

Pack ’n Play 👶🍼
We provide a pack ’n play, but no linens for it, as babies can be sensitive to different detergents.
Please bring your own baby bedding for your little one’s comfort. 💗

Pet-friendly home 🐾🏡
We happily welcome furry family members! 🐶🐱
There is an additional pet cleaning fee of $150.
Please disclose your pets for approval before booking 📝
Limit: 2 pets max, under 30 lbs.
Kindly clean up after your pets and dispose of waste in the bags/bins provided 🚮
Failure to pick up after pets may result in an extra cleaning fee.

Service schedules 🧹🗓️
🗑️ Trash day: Monday, please help by pulling the trash can out on Sunday evening.
🏊 Pool maintenance: A pool technician comes every Thursday to keep the water sparkling and clean. They’ll be in and out quickly and will respect your privacy. 🌟

Nature & island life 🌺🦎🌴
Life on the beautiful Big Island comes with some natural “neighbors”:
You may hear roosters, frogs, birds, and other nature sounds, especially at night 🐓🦗🌙. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs can be helpful.
While the home is regularly treated, Hawaii’s tropical climate means you may occasionally see local critters like geckos 🦎, mosquitos 🦟, sugar ants 🐜, carpenter bees 🐝, scorpions, or cockroaches.

This is a normal part of island living, and many guests enjoy the feeling of being close to nature. 🌿🌈
