Take a stroll along the perfectly-maintained grounds; borrow a book or movie from the well-stocked onsite free library. Lounge on a chair at the beach or at the pool or kick back in the coolness of the air conditioned 1 bedroom/1 bathroom 3rd floor apartment. There are 2 large screen Smart TV's in the unit.
In our modern open-floor-plan fully equipped kitchen, prepare a gourmet meal and serve it up on pretty Ocean-Themed dinnerware. Or, set a table on Kona Isle's beach where you'll find 3 propane grills at waters' edge. It's the perfect spot to watch Kona’s breathtaking western sunsets; and maybe you’ll see a "Green Flash", whales breaching, or spinner dolphins playing in the surf.

While the quiet, beautiful grounds, pool, and condo may entice a "stay at home" feeling, Kona Isle is a perfect base for Big Island exploration. And, if you plan on Big Island activies, you will likely want to rent a vehicle -- we provide a FREE PARKING space for you.
Working while on vacation? We got you covered with free HIGH-SPEED Internet and USB Ports at the desk, in the kitchen and in the bedroom. (Of course, USB adapters can be used elsewhere).
After a fun-filled day in paradise, relax in front of one of two large screen TV's. There's one in the living room and another in the bedroom. There's a DVD player too and a few classic movies and kids movies.
This unit also has a queen-sized sofa bed; and a small washer/dryer unit. There's a Pack-n-Play, upon request, for the little one.
We're located a mile-and-a-half from town, an energetic walk or catch the open air Kona Trolley across the street or rent a Jump Bike on the curb about ¼ mile from the condo. Kona Isle has a free library and reading room; a fresh-water pool and it's right next door to Kona's public salt-water pool. There are plenty of lounge chairs on the Kona Isle beach which offers both sunny and shady relaxation areas with full sunset views. Outdoor Market Place with local offerings including outdoor dining is across the street and Deli/ liquor mart are within close walking distance. Rental car not required...unless you want to see the many other sites the Big Island has to offer.
If mobility is an issue, please consider that this unit is on the 3rd floor and Kona Isle does not have an elevator.
Smoking is not allowed in the condo or on Kona Isle grounds.
Quiet Time is 9pm-8am.
