This home is located in beautiful East Sooke, BC. that sits on two private acres and has its own private dock. Bring your own boat, or rent one. Sport fishing charter boats will pick you up at the dock in front of the house. This place is located just a five-minute boat ride to some of the best sports fishing and crabbing in Canada. It's only a 35-minute drive to downtown Victoria. The main home consists of a stunning master with an ensuite on the main level with a projector with a 100" screen. On the upper level, you will find a main bathroom with a queen Murphy bed which can double as an office. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen off the living room, there is a pantry off the kitchen and a wrap-around deck with the most incredible views. There is a guest house that is fully equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. The queen bed also has water views and the loft bedroom with a king bed. Professionally decorated with a west coast flair which will not disappoint. This retreat is stunning and if you are wanting the best views, ocean air, fishing, catching crabs with the traps provided, kayak, paddle board or just here to relax, you found your sanctuary. Enjoy an evening in the beautiful Jacuzzi Massage Hot tub overlooking the ocean! There is a separate area with a cooking station that includes a pizza oven!

Not just a view...an experience

This property is magical.....you have to make having two bedrooms in the main house and two in the guest cottage work for your family...but the house and grounds are perfect. The view from the main house is breathtaking! It makes coffee in the morning an experience. Hot tub, dock, firepit, pizza oven, this house has everything!
