A charming en suite room in this beautiful cape cod west coast home offers the perfect spot to unwind! Take in the glorious view with a glass of wine at the bistro, or morning coffee on our seaside bench, or read a good book in one of our recliners. Organic and local continental breakfast is offered if desired. A mini fridge is provided for you to stock bevies and snacks. Take a hot tub, or chill by the fire pit on cooler days.

The space
Daydream room is an ensuite which is on the west part of our main house, which is separated from the main house by two doors. It has an English garden and cottage feel, a separate private entrance through French doors. The view is spectacular!
I offer a delicious organic and local continental breakfast in the morning, if desired.
Keureg coffee with organic Saltspring Island pods and assorted teas are stocked in the suite along with a mini fridge and bar glasses. Paper plates, napkins and cutlery and a cheese board also stocked in the suite.
The suite offers a quiet comfortable sleep on high thread count cotton linen, new king mattress and pillows.
Our property is waterfront on the straight of Juan de Fuca in Shirley. The property is high bank with no beach access, but great view. Access to beach is at Muir Creek a short drive.
Guest access
You will have access to our hot tub, front yard to play bocce , sit at our seaside bench with a coffee overlooking the ocean, or chill in the gazebo with or without propane fire pit. There is also a lovely bistro table just outside of your French doors to chill out at.
During your stay
My husband and I are around usually working on the property, or hiking. We give guests their privacy but we are around to support your stay if needed.
Other things to note
We don’t have a kitchen but offer continental breakfast. There are great local spots food spots like Shirley Delicious and Stoked Woodfired Pizza a 5 min drive. West Coast Grill or Wild Mountain in Sooke are awesome too.
