Booked a stay with my dogs last week when the policy on the site still stated that the hotel was pet-friendly (I notice that policy has now been updated to show "service animals only"). The check-in process was a little convoluted but managed to figured it out. The property manager asked for my ID over text and only then did they let me know that dogs were not allowed. Had to cancel on the spot -- because I'm not going to try to hide the fact that I have dogs with me -- and they said they would issue a refund to my card since they had already charged it. Five days later and no refund, even after reaching out several times -- nobody has made any attempt to contact me to explain the situation or try to make it right. They have gone completely dark. It seems they are just taking my money without providing the service, so I have had to resort to filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Very disappointing, very poor customer service. Will not stay here even if I don't bring my dogs next time, because who knows what other policies they have incorrect on partner sites such as Travelocity?

I showed up alittle after 3pm the place closed at 3pm which I didn't know until I arrived. It clearly stated that check in wasn't until 3pm so I don't really understand why the check in & office closing was at the same time. So I had to go get a different room somewhere else.

We love supporting local and small businesses, but this stay made it difficult. Check-in was awkward and confusing; having to call and text just to get in didn’t feel smooth or welcoming. From the start, the lack of attention to detail and care was noticeable. The first thing we noticed was the strong smell of Fabuloso. It hit us as soon as we walked in, and the floor felt coated in it, making it slick and slimy. A simple vinegar and hot water mop would’ve been better; the smell doesn’t linger and is much easier on people with allergies like ours. Unfortunately, underneath the cleaning scent, there was also a faint mildew or sewage smell that made the space feel even less clean. The bed linens were tattered and worn, and the mattress was clearly past its prime. It also seemed like the bed frame didn’t have proper slats for support, so the middle sagged. We did get some rest after a long drive, but we spent most of the night climbing out of the dip in the center, accompanied by loud squeaks with every move. Overall, the space felt dingy and thrown together. It really needs a thorough dusting, better attention to cleanliness, and a fresh air-unit filter to feel properly maintained.

The property is right along the road, it was a bit noisy but not overly. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The room was clean. The shower was hot. Overall for the price it was a good stay.

Was not able to check in, listed as office open 24-7, checkin at 3, the office closed at 3 according to the sign on the door. We arrived at 5, called the number on the sign, message said to text for checkin, which I did, as well as leaving a phone message. No one returned my call or text, we ended up driving back home 2 hours since we didn't have a room. There was another woman also trying to find someone so she could check in. she left as well. Very disappointed.

Cute rooms and comfortable stay!

Parking is always super friendly. I have been able to message staff easily and have always gotten a fast response. This time there were a few small things that needed attention but the room was cute and in good condition.

I absolutely love staying here and anytime I come to the area this is the spot I stay! The owner is a sweet heart; I have put in requests (I’m disabled) and she had met them if she had the power to! There was a time of a family emergency and I had to bring my niece and nephew with me while my sister was in the hospital; she was understanding and supportive! If I could I’d give 10/10!

Parking was great! I loved loading and unloading my can 3 feet form my door/ room! Loved this little house/ Inn ! It was perfect for our stay. I liked that they offered a hand pump for had soap in addition to the one time use mini bar of soap, so much easier to use and less waste! We slept well in the cozy bed, and check in and out was a breeze. Price point was very reasonable and just what we were looking for.
