Very clean. There is a space under the TV for drawers to be put in, which would have helped. No closet, only pegs in small room and no drawers at all. But the staff was very nice and the queen bed was comfortable.

They are renovating the lobby and maybe the rest of the building, people only put in the first floor. No exterior doors lock. Room was newly renovated but only that. Dirty sheets and nasty remote. Front desk was friendly but sketchy asking me to write my info on scrap paper. This stop is off the highway but secluded next to a dispensary.

The hotel was under renovation, so the lobby area was unusable and there was not breakfast (or at least we didn't know where it was with everything torn up). We had a difficult time adjusting the room temp, it either got too hot or too cold. Our room was two doors down from the front desk, but because of the renovations, we had to enter through a side door and go through the halls to get back to our room. Once in the room, it was nice, no complaints. I'm sure if we return to the area after renovations are complete, we'd have a much nicer stay.

Room 135 in Joplin Mo. room was freezing cold heat was not on when I turned heat on it smelled like burnt feathers it took almost an hour with the room door open to get most of the smell out pillows were hard as rocks couldn’t find anyone to tell when I checked out we stayed there just a few days before and was very pleased with our stay that’s why we came back
