Room was clean. Lienes were clean. Bathroom ceiling had few tiles that were water stained. Staff was very courteous. Looked like facility undergoing remodel, as area oppisite guest rooms was plastic tarp and taped off. Area open to guest clean. Quite room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was selection of yogurt, fruit, bread to toast, bagels, muffins, oatmeal and cereal plus coffee, hot chocolate, and oj.

worst hotel I've ever stayed in.! they don't tell you that they are under major construction. the constant smell & noise during the day. They told me doesn't matter. they work 8-5 so noise is day hours. You won't be here anyway then". Pics of room very deceiving. Barely enough room to walk around the bed. Surface & bedding looks clean but carpet is nasty! after I walked on it B4 I took a bath my feet actually stuck to tile floor. The window seatcover smells like pee. Everything I put on it I had to put plastic under it or it stunk. The heat light was pretty much the main light in the bathroom because it was so dim in there. Each day I said I need a new one but was told, it's ok, you still have light. Finally got it the last day after raising hell over the water leak. The first night @4am I heard water POURING from the ceiling over the tub. I called and they said that they would have it fixed by noon!! I objected! IT was 4am and was told I don't know what to tell you. They did get it fixed by 6 am but didn't come & check our room. The ceiling tiles were bulging with water so we didn't feel like it was safe to use the tub/shower. asked if he was fixing it & he didn't know anything about it. They ignored me. They knew I was stuck.There wasn't any other rooms for 50 mi. Fri night@5am it was leaking again. Sat am I made them look. I needed to shower, 3rd day of 4 days without use of tub. Got a "fix" & a light 2. No sorry or $$ offered & I GOT OVERCHARGED DOUBLE TOO

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Pillows were flat. Breakfast minimal. Staff friendly. It was a convenient location for what we were in town for. Cracker Barrel was close. Would stay there again.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable but there was an awful odor permeating throughout the hotel, almost unbearable in the hallways. The lobby and hallways were sweltering hot. Stains all over the carpets and plastic wrap on the TV in the room.

I didn't stay at this property because Expedia listed it as having a pool and a hot tub, which it didn't. IT DOES NOT! However, the Host was very gracious and kind. What I thought was going to be another big issue, getting my money back, turned into an easy situation. I thank the gentleman who helped me; very professional. I am sure this is a nice place to stay, it look nice in neat in the lobby.

The breakfast at 8:30 didnt have milk juice or any hot water for the instant oatmeal. There was no door on the bathroom. Staff wasnt very friendly. Overall stay was less than average. Would not go to it again or recommend it to anyone
