Al llegar nos informaron que la alberca estaba cerrada por “motivos de limpieza”, pero en realidad la cerraron porque en la noche habría un evento a un lado. Esto es completamente engañoso. Morelos es un destino al que uno va precisamente a relajarse, y la alberca es un factor decisivo al momento de reservar un hotel. No es un servicio opcional. Si un hotel ofrece y cobra por este tipo de amenidades, debe garantizarlas o informar con total transparencia desde el inicio.
