Convenient location, and it’s good value accommodation. Rooms are spacious, it comes with drinking water machine in the room. Some of the supervisory staff seemed slightly rude though, both my friend and I felt that the junior staff there were warmer.

The staff at the reception counter was friendly, room was big, spacious and generally clean. The Borneo Oasis located in the building had v good massage and head spa treatments too! The downsides were that: 1) there was a cockroach in the room, 2) the pillows were a little too soft, 3) the bathroom lights were a little dim and 4) the hot water dispenser didn’t seem to be working despite following the instructions pasted.

My experience at Trove was a pleasant one. The main touchpoints were done well. Could be better if there was a little background music in the lobby. No complaints and enjoyed my stay there!
