Booked successfully 8 days in advance.
(1) never received Check-in guide from host - STAYRENE
(2) messaged Expedia, never can help but only have useless vertual-agent to keep asking question
(3) the platform address of the accommodation is wrong and led to a wrong place
(4) no check-in QR code and not allow to be in and wait for 4.5 hours to settle and checking in the place
(5) Stay in Tower A, but car park arranged on Level 2 (level 2 only can go Tower B), we have to drag your own luggage from carpark back staircase to go 1 level up, ie, Level 3, until we can go to Tower A
(6) The apartment provided is not the same as the one showed in the platform when we booked. The place is dusty. No shower-gel, no shampoo, no floor mats.
(7) With any problem, asked the host Stayrene, never can help, kept asking us to fix it by ourselves
(8) Check out day, 10:10am tried to leave, only 1 out of 4 lift was operated. Waited in lift lobby for 30 mins but still have no space to go down to lobby. Asked the host Stayrene to help, never can the responsible person doing anything.
(9) All in all it's a very unpleasant stay in this apartment with the management of the host STAYRENE
