I booked this place based on the reviews. However, the condition of the place was totally the opposite. The room furniture was run down, and there was always noise (like rats scratching). The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I did not want to give any stars. Folks who wish to stay there, please make sure you have RM100 in cash. Otherwise, you will have to walk two blocks away to withdraw cash from an ATM. Totally unfriendly system. I arrived at 9.30pm after spending 6 hours on the road and had to put up with this nonsense. You have been warned. Good luck.

Friendly staff. Enjoyed complimentary unlimited white coffee, tea and hot Milo. Spacious lobby and relaxing water decorations. Cute cat family and dogs outside. Convenient pool table next door as well as short walk to many eateries and affordable cinema. First room had bed bugs but hotel compensated for it. Hopefully they will get rid of them soon. We were given a nice new room. Beddings very comfortable but limited toiletries available. Overall satisfying.

Good stay in Pasir Gudang!

It was a comfort stay. The receptionist & staffs were friendly and polite. I had received a warm welcome from them as everytime I entered the lobby. Im very happy with the room condition and it might look a small hotel business but the staffs were extraordinary. The location was strategic and convenient to buy some groceries as close to 7Eleven. I will go with this hotel if been to pasir gudang again.
