Overall stay was good. Just minor issues like having only 2 towels when 3 checked in, so I had to share towel with my son even after asking. Common toilet has no trash bin. Main toilet tissue box was empty. Overall still ok la.

I have feedback to the staff to inform the management to consider providing liquid soap instead of bar soap to the hotel guest. When the bar soap is wet it stick to soap bar tray which is not possible to remove & need to take another new piece. Hope the management will consider this.

Our stay at Sheraton was wonderful. The facilities are so clean and good. Hotel staff were friendly. Special mention to the manager Sri Jivan and team. Breakfast was very good. Our dinner at the restaurant was also sumptuous.

We really enjoyed our stayed here at Sheraton JB. All the staffs services were excellent. We had a twin bedrooms and King bedroom adjourned together. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We also had the buffet breakfast for both days. Just a little suggestion on the Nasi lemak rice can have some improvement.
