Parking was available close to our rooms. Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and made our trip comfortable. And we’re pretty sore we saw an owl on the red roof inn sign.

Staff was the rudest I’ve ever seen, multiple people walked in and she couldn’t have been more rude. 1 flat pillow on each side of the bed, beds were uncomfortable. Seemed like they had long term tenants living here, did not feel safe at all

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.

Customer service at front desk is beyond rude and unhelpful. Our bathroom was clearly NOT cleaned after the last guests and front desk did nothing to help. We had 4 people including children staying in our room and there were bugs, but front desk would do nothing because we “used the room.” We had only been checked in 5 minutes and they refused any help or accommodation. Front desk lady also keeps guests locked out of front lobby and their own rooms. She is one of the rudest humans I have encountered in a long time. Also, floors were not completely replaced during their landlord special remodel. There is still carpet underneath the beds and it’s disgusting. The entire place is being “remodeled” with paint and old laminate floor that looks like it came from a school gym. Should probably close this place down. Also crackheads right outside ALL NIGHT.

This location is showing its age. A portion of the hotel was blocked off because the walkway balcony was shored up. It appears it has structural issues. The room's AC unit is really loud. The room's themselves could use a lot of TLC as they are in dire need of a renovation. Won't be staying here again.

The building is falling down in the back. Room so humid there was rust on the lamp. No tissues in the rooms, 2 thin pillows on each bed. Thankfully no bugs but I will not stay here again.

The carpet between beds was disgusting, the chair provided was torn apart and should’ve been discarded. There were also stains on the comforters. The bathroom, however, was clean. The location was convenient but the hotel itself was rundown with caution tape blocking rooms with no explanation as to why.
