The main house has 3 bedrooms (1 is a bunkroom~ sleeps 6) & 4 bathrooms; The game room has a bunk room with 4 twin beds + 1 half bath & outdoor shower & the wood sided Casitas are 2 ensuite separated guest rooms. Enjoy acreage in the Texas hill country, while still near Austin, just past Dripping springs, and just a few miles from Pedernales Falls State Park. This area is surrounded by dark sky night properties; so there is some truly incredible stargazing here. This location feels like you've escaped deep into the heart of Texas hill country but you can be in cute small towns for dinner in less than 15 minutes (johnson city, blanco & dripping springs); or just 10 minutes to Tillie's at Camp Lucy; 30-40minutes to Austin. We spend our days here hiking the hills & strolling creekside + a long driveway for pickleball & all things wheeled; hammocks & swings... There is a propane grill, Green Egg smoker, an area to play washers; corn hole, & other outdoor games. Weather not great?: we have lots of puzzles & board games, pool and deep pool with hot tubbing while stargazing is incredible! Each bedroom has blackout curtains and is far enough from town to have a quiet & peaceful night sleep.
