"We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean & very spacious. The property manager communicated well & replied promptly to any questions we had. The pool was fantastic! Bring your own floaties. We used the propane firepit every night. Bed comfort was ok, shower water pressure was good, kitchen was stocked well, extra fans available in hall closet if needed. We really appreciated the coffee beans, grinder, coffee maker & sugar that is already there. There are spiders, bugs, deer & varmints - this home is in the country. It didn't bother us, though. Location was ok. It's 22 miles from Fredericksburg, so we chose to go to nearby wineries & eat out one meal closer to Johnson City. We visited Fredericksburg on our way home after checking out. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our visit to Johnson City. The pool was clean and refreshing. We swam in it every day during our visit. I went walking in the mornings which was nice. It was a safe neighborhood within walking distance to a great coffee shop. There were a few cleaning things that were missed by the cleaning people -fridge & grill & the trash wasn’t properly closed outside which led to a fly situation. The backdoor safety alarm wasn’t working-we didn’t have any children but it could’ve been an issue if there were kids. The kitchen had all the items we needed to prepare meals. The living room furniture was comfortable. There was plenty of room for all 3 couples. I slept in the master bedroom and it was really comfortable. Slept well every night. A few minor things as I mentioned but overall it was a good place to stay."
