Everything was great! The first room the had just cleaned the carpets, so it was wet. But they quickly changed us to a new room and it was perfect. Breakfast was great and there are many things to do in the surrounding area. Rocks wood fired pizza was excellent.

When we got there, we had already booked a handicapped room, with 2 queen beds and a roll in shower, however, the clerk asked if we really needed the handicapped room and all they had was a hearing impaired room. This would have been ok, but she then said that they had a sports team coming in and they gave our room away. She also indicated that this happens quite often. The room she gave us, was not in any way handicapped and had only one king bed. We had 3 grown adults. We went back to the front desk and was told that was all they had and that we could use their front lobby to find another hotel to stay. Needless to say, we lost the our money for that stay and had to stay at another hotel. Based on the service we received, we do not recommend this hotel. Customer service was none.

The rooms were very spacious. Good size fridge/freezer, microwave, dishes etc. If you are a light sleeper, you might request a room on the front side of the hotel since there are train tracks behind the hotel. I heard several trains throughout the night. No whistles just the loud rumbling. Breakfast was good. Lots of offerings and pretty tasty. Breakfast staff was super friendly.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have been in in a while. The staff is always seen cleaning and wiping down tables and chairs after breakfast. The ladies that do the breakfast are so kind!! The front desk was so helpful and the young man that came to clean our room at check was incredible! I thought I left my wallet and when I went back up, he helped me look and gave me a pair of shoes he found in our other room. You should have Venmo QR codes to tip the cleaning people!!

Was hoping for a solid place to stay with family and it delivered. Comfortable room, great amenities with a fitness center and pool, and the breakfast was solid. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything has been easy, clean, and comfortable. Hotel is located in a quiet area off of the highway…so no traffic noise. Spacious rooms. Bathroom a little small but not a problem for our purposes.
