Comfortable spot when stopping in Johnson City

Was hoping for a solid place to stay with family and it delivered. Comfortable room, great amenities with a fitness center and pool, and the breakfast was solid. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything has been easy, clean, and comfortable. Hotel is located in a quiet area off of the highway…so no traffic noise. Spacious rooms. Bathroom a little small but not a problem for our purposes.

They offered good coffee, waffles, yogurt and chicken and biscuits for breakfast. The staff was helpful and nice to work with. I really liked the room with a sofa and kitchen area somewhat separate from the bed. The refrigerator was full size and there was a microwave and dishes available. The bed was firmer than I like but that was the only shortcoming.

Staff was very focused on taking care of us. The person who took care of the breakfast was particularly focused. She is the kind of team member every organization needs. I’m sure she needs money. I vote for a bonus or salary increase!

The staff was great! I was able to check in a bit early due to my softball game being at a later time which was very helpful. The room was very clean although the floor was very wet from shampooing the carpet when i stepped i to the bathroom it was slick and my socks were wet. One piece of advice is once I receive a text message after check in I dont need to receive messaged every day during my stay.
