Everything is wonderful except for one thing. The bedside next to the bathroom desperately needs a cushion of some sort on that corner. My husband and i both have hit our legs on it, getting into the bed. Thank you!!

Not the hotel but Expedia! I booked two rooms when I arrived Expedia and the hotel couldn’t agree each blaming the other. I have receipt for paying Expedia yet hotel won’t honor it. I asked Expedia to cancel the reservation as the issue is btwn them and the hotel. They tried to tell me it’s non refundable. I can’t get checked in and you won’t refund my money?!?!?!?

The room was in a good condition, however the fire alarm turned on in the middle of the night and it was because of smoking in another room. The staff learned about it but they were so slow on turn it off. They let it run for a long time and I couldn’t get a good sleep afterward.

Beds were very uncomfortable, bad pressure in shower. The worst part wasn't the hotels fault but had someone above us that stomped around all night until 4am and kept my wife and myself awake. When I checked out they apologized but felt like a waste of our hard earned money.

Brand new building. Quiet, extremely clean, conveniently located, pet friendly. Got a great night's sleep here to break up a long drive. Please keep in mind as an extended stay, amenities are very limited, but you can't beat the price.

I was truly surprised when I walked in and saw a full size refrigerator, microwave and two-burner stove. I really wish the weather was better to have enjoyed what was around the area. We were there for a visit at Niswonders hospital so it was a quick visit. If we are to return, we will definitely be back for another stay.

The room was clean and nice, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only problem, and it was a big one, was the complete lack of water pressure in the shower. It was actually the worst shower I've ever had in my life. The water barely trickled out, and there was no way to actually get clean. A spit bath would've been better. It's a shame, because otherwise it was a nice stay.
