This hotel is ok. We have stayed here many times. The room is clean and there is plenty of space in the rooms. We were visiting friends race weekend and all the hotels in the area jacked there prices up 3 times of there regular rate.

The room was clean. The beds were very nice to sleep on. The AC / Heating unit works well. It was a little cool outside when i was there. The staff was very helpful. I do not know this area of TN. They help me out in several ways. I will be staying here again on my next visit.

The entire property seems to be under construction and the rooms are under-cleaned. They did not have the room available that I booked, but offered me another—no problem. But in that room the AC was not working and it had a terrible moldy smell. The third room offered was not great either, but good enough to stay for the night. I will say the staff was considerate and helpful. A bright spot in what was otherwise a dismal stay.

The staff was nice. The room was clean. The air conditioner in the room was horrible and did not cool. You could barely feel the air coming out. Walking to our room was a bit sketchy. People standing around smoking. Looked like there were more people than the occupancy allowed in some of the outdoor rooms. Room doors were open I suppose due to the air conditioners not working properly.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. The outside looked like a crackhouse. Inside the room was even worse. It was dirty. It was so disgusting we had it reserved for 2 nights and decided to leave. The hotel manager would not refund any of our money. The place needs to be closed
