The WiFi never worked for 3 days. The tub wouldn’t drain so you had to stand in ankle deep water. The air conditioner stopped working after the second day. Numerous charging outlets available but only 1 worked. Some lights weren’t functioning. Not a well maintained hotel. Staff showed no interest in addressing issues. Had stayed there previously a few years ago without any complaints. Will not stay there again.

Room was less than adequately clean (a couple stray items left under bathroom sink area within view, a piece of plastic trash in the main room, some of lamps didn’t work, the bed was clean and comfortable

Staff members were polite and tried to correct some problems like replacing inoperable keys. We never had a key that worked on the 1st try either at the room or on an outside entrance. Beware; You must specifically request towels and bed changes, etc. We didl But on the 2nd day, we returned to find dirty towels on the floor, beds not changed, and the dirty sock of a previous customer still on the floor by the closet. The receptionist offered the excuse that 50 people checked out that day. Then, schedule enough people! Shabby building, heavily stained carpet, gouged bathtub. Needs renovation. It's a Choice Hotel, and my choice is never to return.

Overall, this hotel was fine for one night. BUT we had to wait 20 minutes (no exaggeration) to check in as there was no one at the front desk. My husband stood there, and I walked around, peering into the office, housekeeping room, maintenance room (all the doors wide open) to see if anyone was around. Place was deserted! It was around 4pm on a Thursday. Finally, a man showed up. The room was perfectly adequate, what you expect from a Comfort Inn. Breakfast the next morning was just ok. Waffle batter was almost empty, orange juice was watered down and the Coffee ran out at 8:15 and there was no one around to replace any of it. So overall, 4 stars for the room but 2.5 for check in and breakfast.
