The hotel and landscape is great with the japanesse gardens and great lawns. The offer in the restaurant on sundays afternoon (there were open 1 of 3 resraurants) was limited.

Tranquil and relaxing place. The gardens and the space dedicated to nature are amazing. Service is great. There was only one restaurant, and it was a Japanese sushi place. Not Mexican cuisine, no air conditioning in the restaurant, and a lot of flies in the food. The Hotel needs an upgrade as soon as possible. The ice machine was not working, and we had to call room service. The room only offered two cups of coffee for the stay; the rest had to be purchased.

Good experience but it can be better.

Good stage and conforable hotel, but the many buildings were under maintenance for several months so the experience was very limited, not so much restaurant options, no spa nor bar and even lobby was under construction. It would be nice to increase the japanese experience, due to the only refference is the Kabuki museum, the japanese menu in only restaurante is limited.

Experiencia de fin de semana

Mala experiencia de las expectativas que llevaba cuando era Camino Real. El restaurante principal en remodelacion, es uno de los atractivos, y sin previo aviso, el salon en donde lo sustituyeron muy pobre. La alberca parecia balneario, en el brunch dejaron pasar a un joven sin playera; en el snack muy poca variedad de aliemntos y bebidas, poca variedad de postres en general. El totel muy lindo, pero todo lo escrito anteriormente no le hace justicia y lo demerita mucho. Servicio del personal muy bueno, eso si hay que resaltar.

Hotel muy cómodo, rodeado de naturaleza, se siente muy agradable, en cuanto a limpieza muy bien, solo diría que falta atención al cliente en cuanto a explicar los servicios, restaurante, spa, etc. Y esperaba que tuviera una alberca más grande o un poco más honda, pero en general muy bien
