Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Expedia let us down with this accommodation, the room was filthy, particularly the bathroom and wash hand basin. We were women by rats scurrying about in the ceiling void. We decided to give the breakfast a miss as had no idea where it was served and no staff to ask. Judging by the state of the communal kitchen and total lack of cleanliness you wouldn't want to eat there anyway. Also upon arrival at midday there were 4 members of staff sleeping in a bare mattress on the floor in a room adjoining reception, and they had no record of our expected arrival.
