"The pool and outside area is stunning, the gardens are beautiful and the property is right on the beach front which is amazing, the sunsets every night was a highlight. The staff all very friendly and welcoming. One disappointment was the initial room I was put in I had to change to a different one as there was a smell I believe from the aircon which wasn’t nice. Second room ok. Rooms are big with balcony just slightly worn. The entrance to hotel is great and it only took me 15/20 mins to get to the airport which is also convenient. "

Due to my special dietary requirements, he personally arranged for the kitchen to prepare something suitable for me, which was absolutely delicious and greatly appreciated. I also booked a massage, scrub and facial at the hotel spa by Ms. Nungki. She did an excellent job and I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. During the treatment, I experienced a cramp in my foot, but she noticed immediately and helped resolve it straight away. She suggested a forward bend stretch, which worked amazingly well. Her attentiveness and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the staff truly made my stay memorable. Their warmth, care, and attention to detail made all the difference.
