The hotel is very old and in terrible condition. Everything looked dirty and poorly maintained. The building was under renovation, and we were not informed about it when we made the reservation. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty, and the shower curtains were filthy. It was a big disappointment. The only good thing was the staff — they were kind and helpful, but unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the rest of the experience.

This property was under construction which I totally understand. Our bed were the cheapest beds they were the folding base beds that you get from Walmart. Bathrooms very small. It was not worth the cost. Thank you

It’s an old place, no breakfast, no real amenities outside of WiFi, but if you’re going to MetLife stadium it’s extremely close. Parking kinda sucks though

My friend and I didn't even end up staying here. We booked it because it looked nice from the photos and the reviews were good. When we got there, the receptionist wasn't friendly and barely spoke English. The lobby, elevator, hallways, and our room smelled heavily of stale smoke when our room was to be smoke free. For these reasons, we did not stay. The photos online were VERY misleading.

Don’t stay here

There was mold in the corners of the wall by the closet the window sills were covered in mold. The last guests wash cloth and hair were still in the bathtub. The last straw was when I saw roaches by the microwave and dresser. It was disgusting and I would never recommend this hotel.

The rooms are satisfactory. Staff is only available in the mornings for assistance. The location is convenient, especially if you're relying on public transportation.

IDC what you paid you got your monies worth. You shouldn’t be walking into this situation expecting 5* if so I blame you. It is a place to sleep with a washroom and tv. The place was really run down and the rooms were not clean at all. There were stains on basically all the towels we were given, the carpet was disgusting as well. The curtains were ripped to pieces and stained too. I'm aware that it is a relatively cheap hotel for the area but I stil expected a relatively clean environment. The area around is pleasant with a grocery store and some restaurants around, as well breakfast place with good pricing. Transportation into New York was also fine with a 20 min bus ride to Time Square.

Bare minimum

The hallways smell like piss and cigarettes but I guess I should expect that since it was cheaper than most hotels especially compared to NYC where I was visiting. This was the closest affordable option for me. The service was just ok. I had a problem with the bathtub my first night there, it was draining slowly so I told the front desk and she was rude about helping me but she had someone there to fix it within 20 minutes. It was pretty nasty, the things that were coming up the drain, peoples hair and possibly body fluids. I couldn't stay through the whole thing because the plumber had to get something else to clear the drain and I had to get to my appointments. When I got back it was fixed and the tub was cleaned. Other than that I slept well and there were stores and restaurants nearby that you can easily get to on foot if you have no car. Most people would find this hotel gross but when you're broke like me you will ignore the negatives and just be grateful you didn't have to spend $300 per night on a better hotel.
