It was very good!! I loved the place , the staff was very nice, the room was so pretty and clean!! The pool was supposed to close at 10 but the girl at the front desk told us that she was gonna be there until 11 so we can use it until 11!! Everything nice!! The breakfast was also good :) The only thing i can say is that the water of the pool was a little bit white, like not clear at all but i get it, it was like 9pm, it went through the whole day basically. But everything was so good i loved it! I will definitely be back!!!

Hotel was in a great area with lots of places to eat and I loved the movie theater was near by . A lot of options for breakfast. Beds are comfortable bathroom was clean. My only issue was how walking down the hall smelled musty and like cigarettes one air fresheners could help. Also walking down the hall the walls and doors looked very dirty . Staff was friendly tho. I will return in the future

Location is perfect in the middle of the plaza - the highlight, swimming pool is non-operational (so don’t book for the pool like we did) - our floor lobby and elevator was often used for smoking - even though entire premises should be non-smoking. Room was nice but lower area as was seen in pictures. Overall 2.5 or 3.

1. room was not cleaned for 4 days. when asked they do alternate days but because of Christmas, they skipped one extra day and because they were busy they skipped another day. 2. management is rude - the lady on the phone asked us to leave at 11.30PM on a snowy day when we asked why they did not clean the room after Christmas day 3. no breakfast - after us waiting for 30 minutes in the line, they said they sold out. yet, they charged us in the room fee that was already pre-paid

We have been staying at this particular hotel for many years, always visiting from Maryland. Marriott hotels have always been—and still are—our favorite brand. This property was once our absolute favorite place to stay due to its excellent location close to NYC and its consistently high-quality service. During this visit, we stayed with my mother, who was visiting from Poland, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. She was surprised by the very limited breakfast selection, the fact that breakfast is only available until 9:30 a.m. on weekdays (many guests are on vacation and want to sleep in), and that food is served on paper plates. Even tea and coffee are served in paper cups. Both she and we travel extensively, and we have never encountered this in hotels throughout Europe, for example. Another issue was housekeeping. While we understand that bed linens may not be changed daily, the room was not even straightened—trash was not removed, beds were not made, and basic amenities such as tea bags and sugar were not replenished. At the very least, the room should be made presentable. Additionally, the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. For two nights in a one-bedroom room, we paid $735. This raises a serious question: why are prices increasing while the quality of service is declining? There needs to be a better balance between cost and the level of service provided.
