- Room was not matching the one that I did chose at the time I paid for it. I paid for a king size bed, and I had double full beds. When I called to the front desk, they just said "we don't have the one that you reserved". No more explanation. - The bathroom was smelling like some kind of drugs, on top of some perfume/soap used to disguised. - Old carpet on the floors, looking disgusting. - Price not matching the room at all. Room so over priced!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff, especially the front desk team, were extremely welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. They truly made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The location is very convenient – there’s a bus route right nearby that takes you directly to downtown New York City, making it easy to explore without the hassle of driving. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was comfortable, and all the facilities worked perfectly. Breakfast was also a great start to the day, with a nice selection of fresh and tasty options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’ll be happy to stay here again on my next trip!

The hotel was nice enough, although very limited hotel facilities no restaurant. It is located where there really is nothing to do within walking distance. Beautiful mall, great stadium; ya just have to Uber everywhere

I liked how we immediately checked in and our room was ready, and they also gave us the option of where we would like our room. They also had complimentary breakfast , and complimentary parking which was great because we drove from Massachusetts. Overall, I recommend it’s definitely closer to the America’s dream mall then the other hotel, but I believe they also have shuttles to go there as welll!
