Relax in this fabulous oceanfront penthouse end unit with wrap-around balcony, spectacular ocean views, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! This bright and open space has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with an in unit washer and dryer. The primary suite has a king bed with night stands and a television. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a television.

Building amenities include a heated pool, pickle ball/tennis court, car wash, picnic and bbq area, fish cleaning station, and miles of uncrowded pristine beaches!

We fell in love with Hutchinson Island because of its beautiful beaches, island environment, and the area small-town charm. Our tropical climate makes every sort of outdoor activity enjoyable virtually year-round. It is very common to enjoy the island ocean wildlife as you sun, swim, walk, run, or bike on the island. Enjoy a round of golf and visit one of the area farmer’s markets.

We are located about an hour away from Palm Beach International Airport, about an hour and a half away from Melbourne International Airport, and about 2 hours away from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport

We are certain you will enjoy our patch of paradise as much as we do!

When you make a booking request, we will send you two documents to sign. One is the lease agreement (house rules) and the other is an application that must be approved by the building homeowner's association. These documents must be signed and returned before the booking request can be approved.
