BOAT: we require the signing of a "hold harmless agreement" and provide an insurance endorsement naming Branen Family LLC as additional insured.

Any damage done to the dock, lift, sea wall, boat or persons injured while using the dock and lift are the responsibility of the lessee.

The boat lift key must be returned after use. Failure to return the boat lift key will result in a $100 "loss of key fee".

Great Place. Wonderful Experience.

Our stay at Windmill Village was wonderful. The location is perfect and the property was the perfect size for our family. The amenities were great and the neighborhood was very friendly. We will be coming back.

Very clean and convenient to the Jensen beach area. We did find the 1 bedroom to be small. The other room is the laundry room with an added twin bed. The bathroom is very small. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc. The pool is wonderful. Of course all the free beaches are wonderful.

Terrific stay on Hutchinson Island FL

Wonderful little place. Well stocked. Clean w a very clean grill that works beautifully. The pool/bathhouse and private beach are so great. Nice neighborhood w places to dine. We rented E bikes from the Vape shop up the street and rode to Bathtub Beach and across the causeway in a safe bike lane everyday. No car needed. I would love to return. Wes, the owner is super easy to communicate with.
