"Always my favorite place to stay on Jekyll. Have been staying there for years. One of the original hotels that has direct beach access from the property. They have upgraded the rooms, beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good for a Continental (included). The 2nd floor ocean side rooms are worth it to see the sunrise in the morning. Having two pools to accommodate several guests is nice as well."

"The breakfast situation was not great. There was only one person refilling and making sure hot foods were ready. That person could not be found for at least 15 - 20 minutes. It was full of people and could have been much better."

"Great location, right on the beach, quiet and safe, nice pool area, bike and beach gear rentas, cose to dining. The rooms are spacious with good bedding. Had an issue checking in regarding my room choices, but it was resolved next AM by very professional and friendly staff (Sarah). Good daily hot breakfast and a restaurant, with friendly staff, on site as well. Typically good price point. I have been there multiple times and planning to be back."
