Paddlewhack Cabin 5-The Bow

*NEW* Paddlewhacks is a group of 5 cabins nestled along the Big Cypress Bayou towards Caddo Lake. We are right on the water yet a one minute drive into Downtown Jefferson. It is the best of both worlds-unique shopping and restaurants with immediate access to canoeing and fishing. Each cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open concept living/dining areas, small kitchen, and a front patio. Every cabin comes with a canoe, paddles, life jackets, and access to our group firepit and private kayak ramp.

Paddlewhacks is located on 10 acres in Jefferson, Texas.

Please contact us directly if you would like to rent our whole facility for an event. It would include five cabins that sleep a total of 28 with a Bunkhouse coming soon.

Amazing location right on Big Cypress Bayou, yet just blocks from downtown shopping & eateries. Traffic noise from Hwy 59 & the ever-present trains during the night, but ya can't beat the handy location. Hosts very friendly & responsive & knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Canoes available, altho you have to carry them to the river; takes a couple fit folks! Overall, location is a great home-base for exploring Jefferson.

Jefferson to go Antique Shopping

The house was very clean and cute… check in and out was smooth. The owners were very polite and professional. Would definitely stay again. BTW the most comfortable mattresses!!
