Bed was a disaster, a king bed with the mattress turned sideways instead of the proper direction. Sheets were full of green beads similar to silly string. Most likely washed and sheets were just placed on bed without checking. Bath towels were ripped with large holes. Again, housekeeping did not check or they really don’t care but management needs to handle their business.

We experienced several issues during our stay that could be improved. The staff interaction was not as courteous as expected. The bathroom door did not close smoothly, and the shower curtain was missing when we entered the room. Although the front desk provided a curtain, no one installed it initially, and we had to follow up before the manager came to fix it. Netflix also would not load despite the internet and cable TV working. Multiple attempts were made to troubleshoot, but the issue remained unresolved. We were told to contact IT support ourselves, and when we requested an alternate room (as we were staying in due to heavy rain and had children with us), we were informed the hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately, the Netflix issue was never resolved, and it impacted our stay. Overall, improvements in room readiness, responsiveness, and staff communication would enhance the guest experience.

I have stayed in over a dozen hotels just this summer. This was the best. At this price point it was above and beyond. The staff was wonderful! They were polite, helpful, quick and efficient even offering us water as soon as we arrived. The hotel was spotless, modern, breakfast was nice and amenities were perfect. You won’t beat this one for the prices especially.

Room was dirty, floors etc. Rooms and hotel are very loud, especially thru unused adjoining door with air gap around it. Hallways are loud and every time doors close sounds like they're slammed. But what was the worst is that the hotel bartender was partying with overly drunk guests (who she had served) until 3am or so including in room next door. From what I heard thru the doors, seemed like selling drugs and maybe selling sex was going on. The worst hotel stay I've had with almost no sleep before a very important business day.

The breakfast does not have many choice. The hotel was fine in other aspects, but the main problem was the poor sound insulation. When the guests upstairs used the toilet or sink in the middle of the night, it woke up the people downstairs. The noise from the cars on the street outside was also very loud.
