This villa promises breathtaking views, perched high above the valley with a vista stretching all the way to the sparkling sea. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, right below the majestic Montgo Mountain, this vacation home for 8 people has recently been completely renovated and furnished.

The villa features four bedrooms with double beds, each equipped with air conditioning, roller shutters, and mosquito nets. Three bathrooms ensure maximum comfort. Two spacious living/dining rooms feature comfortable sofas, air conditioning, a smart TV, a cozy fireplace, and two dining tables that seat up to 4 and 8 people, respectively.

The kitchen features a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. There is also a small kitchenette on the lower floor. For added convenience, an outdoor restroom with a washing machine and sink is available, offering direct access to the pool area.

The private 7x4m pool with inviting steps is surrounded by a terrace equipped with sun loungers, a parasol, a refreshing outdoor shower, and a barbacoa area (grill area). Another spacious terrace with an extendable dining table and a sofa invites you to relax together. A private parking space for two cars, as well as ample parking along the access road—which ends in a cul-de-sac—complete the property.

Please note that pets are not allowed. The distances to the beaches at the harbor or El Arenal—with their restaurants, shops, and bars—are 4.5 and 6 km, respectively; the Old Town is approximately 2 km away.
