Our lovely vacation home, featuring a private backyard and rooftop terrace, is spread over 3 floors and located in the beautiful Golden Park complex, just an 8-minute walk from the sandy beach of Platja de l'Arenal and the lively promenade. The complex features a beautifully landscaped garden and a lovely swimming pool and children’s pool. Amenities such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants, a go-kart track, the beach, and the marina are all within walking distance. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The minimum age of the primary booker is 26 years old. Smoking is not permitted indoors or outdoors. Groups of friends are not permitted. Parties and gatherings are not permitted.
