Très bien situé au 1er étage dans résidence sécurisée avec place de parking. Plage et commerces à proximité et faisable à pieds. Clim dans les chambres et ventilateur dans le salon qui rafraichissent parfaitement l'appartement.- : Insonorisation médiocre avec les autre appartements.
