3 bedroom 2 bathroom family townhouse with communal pool Cala Blanca, Javea

Cala Blanca is a beautiful 3 floor family town house situated 250mts from the rocky beach of Calablanca. Set on a pretty urbanizacion the house is located in the square (plaza) about 100mts from the large communal pool. As the house has three bedrooms it comfortably sleeps six but has the advantage of a sofa bed enabling a further 2 people to be accommodated.

The house is air-conditioned and heated in the living area and two of the bedrooms with a Daikin multi spit heat pump system, allowing comfortable living in summer or winter months & the 3rd bedroom has a temporary air con unit installed for comfort in the summer months. Free WIFI is also available.

The large communal pool has two water slides, islands and a baby pool area. A lifeguard in attendance during July and August. The pool area has an administration building with drinks vending machines and table tennis tables there is also a basket ball court for your use.

Cala blanca is situated on the south Side of Javea it is approximately 1 hour 10 minutes from Alicante airport and 1 hour 20 mins from Valencia airport. It is easy to get to by car or transfers can be arranged from Alicante with Beniconnect.

We had a wonderful time staying at Chris and Helena’s property. They are the most wonderful hosts and the care was beyond our expectations. I stayed here with my dad and my two kids. Short walk to the swimming pool. The pool was definitely the highlight for the kids. The pool is quite large and has two fun water slides. Very short walk to a little market where you can buy both food and household products. Walking distance the Cala Blanca Beach area and also not too far from Arenal Beach -we walked there twice. Convenient location that isn’t too close to Arenal. It’s nice and quiet here. My daughter said the place felt like home. 😊Would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you Chris and Helena for being such lovely hosts.

Great home from home

We were so impressed with all the little details that had been thought of on our arrival - the welcome hamper was an extra touch! Helena and Chris were so lovely and nothing was too big an ask. We would have liked to be perhaps a little closer to the beach/restaurants than we were but we couldn’t fault the accommodation itself. My kids were a little disappointed to have missed the slides at the pool as we arrived out of season but they still had a brilliant time and we would definitely consider coming back. Thanks so much for helping us to have a great holiday!

Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Haus, was wunderbar geklappt hat. Alles war sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Helena und Chris sind als Vermieter nicht zu toppen! Absolut freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sogar ein richtig tolles Willkommenspaket gab es. Zum Pool sind es 3 Minuten Fußweg. Er ist auch super für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Zum nächsten Sandstrand läuft man ca. 15-20 Minuten, was schon mal ohne Auto bei großer Hitze eine Herausforderung sein kann. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit und haben uns schnell wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Nachbarschaft besteht hauptsächlich aus Einheimischen.

La casa era incluso mejor que en las fotografias, la ubicacion perfecta para acceder a las calas y a poca distancia de la zona de ocio. La piscina espectacular y muy segura. Zona tranquila para pasar dias en familia. Gracias Helena por todo.
